First, let me say, we LOVE the furniture. the bedroom furniture in particular is perfect and looks just wonderful. Just last night my husband told me he is "in love with the furniture!". We love the dining table as well, our only wish is that we had bought a slightly longer table as it looks a little shorter than we imagined, but the workmanship and wood colour and grain are just gorgeous.

Pakship USA did a good job and North American Van Lines (Lile Moving and Storage in Vancouver) unpacked and put the 4 heavy pieces on our second floor. Streamside in Northern Indiana did a beautiful job on the Modesto furniture. I really like the self closing drawer slides. The Springhill credenza is also very beautiful.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you but I did want to give you some feedback on my purchase.
.
1. The furniture came as expected from the delivery company and I had plenty of people to help to unload it. As it turned out some of the people knew the driver and as it was his last stop we had a nice visit.
2. The units were opened and left in the garage and there were zero noticiable defects as everything was packaged perfectly.
3. I has to leave them there to make room in my bedroom, and when I pulled the shrink wrap off, I found my piece that I send in in one of the drawers also nicely packed with no markings.
4. Upon further inspection the furniture did not have one mark on it and when we finally got it into its "final resting place" (huff, huff...heavey costs $$), everything went back together perfectly as I took the drawers out and the doors off to make it lighter to carry.
5. The full extension slide mounts with soft close were the right investment for this piece.

All in all, I would give your organization a rating of 100% on customer care from end to end in the process and it was a pleasure doing business with you.

This furniture was worth every penny invested and will provide me with many years of use.

The furniture was delivered Wed Feb 9, by Santini Moving Co. There was a small glitch in that they couldn't find the screws that hold the mirror to the back of the dresser, but I happened to have some that worked, so everything worked out. The furniture construction is outstanding, the stain goes really well on the Oak, and the finish is perfect. Your judgement on shortening the mirror to go onto the mule dresser was right on target- the proportion looks really good, and Judi loves the waterfall style. We really like the furniture and are glad we ordered from Amish Showroom. It is a pleasure working with you both, and I appreciate the communication updates on progress, as well as the flexibility you provided in the design. My only disappointment is in myself, because in retrospect, we should have ordered additional pieces to go into the other bedrooms.

YES, we absolutely love it. The craftsmanship is awesome, my husband is very impressed (which isn't easy). We didn't realize the glass would be beveled so that was a good surprise! I am really pleased with my mission writing desk. The quality and details in the construction are much better than anything else that we own. The desk stores my laptop, writing supplies - everything that I need plus books on the bottom shelf. This is the first item that I have ordered through the Internet and everything went very smoothly. You are correct I did pick the bed up. Estes was easy to deal with. The package was damaged. However, when it was package there was ample space around all the bed components, and only the cardboard was damaged. The bed has been assembled, and our boys are loving it. Delivery went fine and the pieces look great. I did have to drill a mounting hole for one bolt that didn't line up between the top and base, but no problem. It didn't occur to me until later that I probably should have tried rotating the top 180 degrees and see if it lined up then.

We've got a few more projects including a hutch and some cabinetry so there's a good chance we'll be by again in the future.
