Our Amish furniture Credenza’s and Sideboards are a great addition to your dining or kitchen area. All of our credenzas and sideboards are made from select solid hardwood furniture woods. We can build the Amish credenzas and sideboards in multiple sizes. The standard 1” thick top comes on all of our solid wood credenzas and sideboards. All of our solid wood credenzas and sideboards are made from Brown Maple, Cherry, Oak or Quartersawn White Oak. On our entire solid wood credenzas and sideboards we use two coats of conversion varnish. Most of our solid wood sideboards and credenzas fit to today’s modern solid wood specifications. There are many different styles of sideboards and credenzas to choose from whether it is Modern, Mission or Shaker. The mission style is very popular in Amish solid wood credenzas and sideboards, with its straight edges, legs and heavier in weight. Some Amish craftsmen are building modern styled furniture with clean smooth lines and a curvy look.
The final step in building your furniture is to choose a wood stain. There are many types of wood stain to choose from in our stain category but Michael’s Cherry stain is one of our most popular stain colors.
